Westlake Plaza and Center was an existing 283,000 SF multiple grocery-anchored shopping center located in Thousand Oaks, CA. The project entailed repositioning of the center, including a large-scale renovation of the façades, sitework improvements, new signage, and retenanting. The center is anchored by Sprouts, Vons and Gelson’s.
On behalf of Regency Centers, the property owner, Urban One provided construction management and tenant coordination services.
