Quattro

Quattro was a 95-unit seven-story apartment and 2,880 SF retail mixed-use development project located in a rapidly revitalizing downtown Salt Lake City, UT.

Mercato

Marcato was a 186 unit apartment + 10,000 SF retail mixed-use development project located in Beacon Hill, an up and coming urban neighborhood 1.5 miles from Kansas City’s downtown urban core.
