Industry Columbus was a 236-unit seven-story apartment and 4,275 SF retail mixed-use development project located in a rapidly revitalizing mixed use neighborhood just half a mile from downtown Columbus, OH. The Project sits on a 1.3 acre parcel, previously a parking lot, and added much needed residential density to a downtown area severely lacking in multi-family rental options.
