THE TEAM
WHO WE ARE
Urban One was founded during the 2008 financial crisis with a clear purpose: to help clients
make better real estate decisions and manage projects with the same discipline and foresight as
an owner.
We are a multidisciplinary team of developers, builders, and financial analysts who understand
every phase of the project lifecycle — from concept to completion. Whether we’re guiding an
entitlement process, structuring complex financing, or resolving construction challenges, we
approach each project with long-term value creation in mind.
Our mission is simple: act like owners, think like investors, and deliver results that last.
