Granada Village was an existing 225,000 SF multiple grocery and pharmacy-anchored shopping center located in the Granada Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The project entailed repositioning of the center, including a large-scale renovation of the façades, sitework improvements, ground-up construction of multiple new pad buildings, new signage, utility upgrades and retenanting, including several new anchor tenants. The center is anchored by Sprouts, Rite Aid, Petco and HomeGoods.

On behalf of Regency Centers, the property owner, Urban One provided development management and construction management services.
