Urban One has recently entered the single-family residential space. We are actively seeking and acquiring single-family residential properties for the purpose of renovations, additions and new development. Most deals we will flip out of after the work is complete. Urban One is bringing their sophistication and experience in the commercial sector to a smaller scale, which is not commonly seen in the single-family residential market.
