Zidell Yards was the master planned development of a 33-acre site in Portland, OR, at the crossroads of public transit, the Willamette River, the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and a new multimodal transit bridge. The project also entailed the new construction of a mixed-use 130-unit seven-story apartment project with 6,625 SF of ground-floor retail.
