8016 W 3rd St is an existing 2,700 SF street retail building located in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The project entailed repositioning the building by converting it from an old vacant synagogue to new retail and restaurant space. Work included Landlord work for new tenants, including interior demising and full façade renovation.
