Eastern Columbia was the adaptive reuse of the former Eastern and Columbia Outfitting companies into 147 loft condominiums units, ground floor retail, and an adjacent parking structure.
It is one of the preeminent Art Deco buildings in the country and was honored with a Los Angeles Conservancy preservation award.
