Carlsbad Village is an existing 59,000 SF grocery-anchored shopping center located in Carlsbad, CA. The project entailed repositioning of the center, including the relocation of an existing junior anchor tenant (Community Resource Center) to free up space for future tenants. The work entailed Landlord work to redemise the tenant’s new 2,700 SF space, along with a full turnkey tenant improvement buildout.
