Quattro was a 95-unit seven-story apartment and 2,880 SF retail mixed-use development project located in a rapidly revitalizing downtown Salt Lake City, UT. The Project sits on a 0.6 acre parcel, and added residential density to a growing downtown employment hub with healthy demand for new residential housing options.

On behalf of Wolverton Capital, the LP Investor, and in concert with Wadsworth Development Group LLC, and dbUrban Communities LLC, the Sponsors / GP Investors, Urban One’s partners provided full investment management, development management and construction management services throughout the entire investment period.
