The Hill was a 162-unit five-story apartment development project located in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood immediately adjacent to downtown Saint Paul, MN. The Project sits on a 1.7 acre parcel, and added residential density to one of downtown’s most desirable lifestyle sub-markets currently lacking multifamily residential housing options.

On behalf of Wolverton Capital, the LP Investor, and in concert with Exeter Management LLC, the Sponsor / GP Investor, Urban One’s partners provided full investment management, development management and construction management services throughout the entire investment period.
