Juanita Tate Marketplace was a ground-up 78,000 SF grocery and pharmacy-anchored shopping center located in South Central Los Angeles, CA. The project entailed aiding the developer in entitling the site, leading it through design and working side-by-side with the CRA/LA and other public entities and stakeholders.
