The Ranch @ Hollywood & Verdugo is an existing 86,000 SF grocery and pharmacy-anchored shopping center located in Burbank, CA. The project entailed repositioning of the center, including a renovation of the façades, sitework improvements, new pad construction, power upgrades, new signage, as well as Landlord work for multiple new tenants.
