Western & Venice was an existing 85,000 SF multiple grocery and pharmacy-anchored shopping center located in the Harvard Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The project entailed repositioning of the center, a large-scale renovation of the façades, sitework improvements, new signage and redemising to prepare spaces for new tenants.
