Elysian at The District was a 360 unit rental garden-style apartment project in Henderson, NV, adjacent to The District at Green Valley Ranch, a Whole Foods-anchored destination mixed-use shopping center. The project consisted of combination of townhomes and stacked flats with common amenities.

On behalf of Cypress Equity Investments, the LP Investor, and in concert with The Calida Group, the Sponsor / GP Investor, Urban One provided investment management and predevelopment consulting services prior to commencing construction.
