Lusso is a three-building, 255-unit apartment development project located in a rapidly revitalizing mixed-use neighborhood adjacent to downtown Columbus, OH. The Project sits on a 4.0 acre parcel in the Italian Village neighborhood, where an abundance of vibrant urban amenities is driving rapidly increasing demand for new residential options.
