San Ysidro Village is an existing 87,000 SF grocery-anchored shopping center located in Sunnyvale, CA. The project entailed repositioning of the center, including a Landlord work for the new anchor tenant, El Super, along with selective sitework improvements, offsite improvements and new signage.
