Wood & Vine was a new restaurant, bar and lounge on the ground floor of the historic Taft Building at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street, located in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. Approximately 2,000 SFof ground floor space, 1,200 SFof mezzanine space, and an additional 800 SFof outdoor patio space.

On behalf of Wood & Vine, LLC, Urban One provided development management and construction management services for the eclectic Hollywood nightspot that opened in early 2011. Since opening, Wood & Vine received critical acclaim for its design, location, menu and service.
